Finally! Now this is a must own for me. Akuma was the last bargaining chip for me and now that he's in, this is a buy. Bubbles for everyone that commented so far.
The multiplayer is looking stunning in my opinion. The different type of classes (badges) that you can mix and match with is plain cool. Add to that the stat tracking depth of a game like CoD4 and it sounds like a real keeper for me. It's like a hybrid of TF2 and CoD4 which sounds simply awesome to me. Not including how the single player will turn out which i hear the story will be deep(er) than the norm for FPS's and it's got my full attention. If it didn't already catch my attention with th...
I still play it about 3 or 4 times a week when i have spare time. It's a very addictive and fun online game. I'd love for a update to come for the game but i doubt it (for PSN at least). When he says consoles i kind of interpretate as "For the 360" sadly. Though i would like to be wrong about this since i love TF2.
I'm really starting to dig the new EA. I still loath EA's sports division but their publishing and new IP's is looking good. I hope they keep on this path.
I believe. I've been listening to the 1up podcast a lot recently and every time Prototype is brought up (or BlizzardVision) they are surprised it hasn't been canned. They have been pretty adamant about saying that it didn't look good each time they see it or play the game. Specially considering that they are dropping Brutal Legend and the Ghostbusters game.
I love Pandora i listen to it on the regular. It helps me find new music as well. It'd be a good addition to live.
F*** yeah i can't wait. The Dark Knight was a excellent movie and as soon as i walked out the theater i knew i'd buy it on Blu-Ray asap. I've never brought a Blu-Ray movie yet but i have a feeling this will be my first one.
I don't care about the Heavies because well i'm a spy they are still my mortal slow moving prey. I'm looking forward to the new "Meet the" video i pray it's "Meet the spy" or "Meet the Pyro".
I won't say i told you so because it's only ONE review. But Too Human never really looked to good to me personally. Too Human has always been in the same breath as Haze to me (fan hype to the max but average game). Still though if you had fun with the demo go ahead and buy it. Your opinion is the most important opinion here not a magazine or some guy/girl sitting behind a comp making snarky comments.
*Laughs my ass off* Classic. Best lines ever:
[|GM|]: lol ok.
[|GM|]: Glad I put my clothes back on lol
To []: Yeah probably a good idea. I have aids.
I'd like for this to come on Psn. It seems like something i'd be interested playing and buying (unfortunately don't have a 360 currently). I'm glad that Braid is getting the high praises i hope people are actually buying it. I'd hate to see another Okami/Physconaughts.
Was that directed to me? Because i've never liked FF in fact i don't own a single FF in my gaming library.
Also i agree with you waltercross something major definitely happen. Things don't get pulled out of nowhere a few days (a week or so) before e3.
The Sixaxis feels like a toy compared to the DualShock 3. I know it doesn't seem like a major improvement but it's small tweaks besides the rumble that makes the control better. I can never go back to the Sixaxis. As for best controller they are all even to me but for my money Dreamcast had the best controller of all time.
I'm not sure i buy this (no pun intended). I know it's a good business decision for SE but i think some other money is at play here. I just get that feeling. Plus no matter what company they'd probably never admit to buying something outright from under their competitors nose. When is the last time you heard them admit something like that? Either way it doesn't bother me even IF MS paid SE to bring FF13 to the 360 it only benefits gamers. Sure some Ps3 owners might feel shafted a bit but the ...
Not bad for the first score but it'll take more consistently good scores before i say for sure i was wrong about Too Human being a flop.
The red to guide you doesn't have to be turned on during the game. I think i'll play with the red guidance turned off to give it more of a exploratory feel. I like it mainly because it's different. I don't always need to be holding a big gun blasting terrorists/aliens. I loved portal myself because it was different and just because the game is in first person doesn't mean it has to be so dependent on action. It looks to be a different experience and i like the premise of it.
I don't like the box art much. I don't like box art with a closeup of the main characters face. I didn't like it for MGS4 and i don't like it for Mirrors Edge. I'd rather it be one of the other box art i seen for the game with her arms folded with the city behind her.
Never will happen, you'll have to take her over my dead body *Laughs*. We've been together for going on 2 and a half years now and i love her very much.
Bubble Bobble? Wasn't that a old arcade puzzle machine back in the day? I'd think that GTA or Pokemon would be on the list since both of those series sale like it's no tomorrow.
*Warning lengthy response ahead*
I think really the complexity of it is that throughout this series you see Snake evolve. First from a soldier who's "just doing his mission" in MGS1. In MGS2 you seem him attempting to do what he think is right and change things. In MGS4 you see Snake more as a human than at any other time during the series. He's not only old but he's really tired of fighting. He's come to terms with all the things he's done in his life and is about to embr...
